Questions students ask
Short answers to the common ones.
Is Kovalent free?
Yes, there is a Free plan with a daily AI allowance. Paid plans give you more AI usage and storage. You can see the current plans and prices inside the app.
Which universities can use it?
Kovalent is built for Nigerian university students, and you can add your own school, department and level when you sign up.
How do payments work?
Payments are in naira through Paystack, and we never see your card details. You pay for a set period and it ends on its own, so we only charge you again when you choose to.
Does the AI do my assignments for me?
It is designed to help you understand and practise, not to replace your own work. AI answers can be wrong, so check them, and follow your school's rules about using AI.
Is my data safe?
Your password is stored encrypted, and you can see and sign out the devices on your account. Read our Terms and Privacy Policy for the full details of what we collect and who we share it with.
How do I contact you?
Email support@kovalent.cloud and we will reply as soon as we can.
